E-project Manager | Agigma Zois

Nikolas Tsounakis is a History and Archaeology graduate of the Philosophy Department of University of Ioannina.

Through the program, he started working at Agigma Zois (Touch of Life) as an e-Project Manager, undertaking the organization’s online communication (supporting and updating the NGO’s website and social media), informing and supporting patients via the NGO’s online platforms, and registering online the needs of oncology patients. Meanwhile, he will be held responsible for creating an e-shop, developing co-operations and supporting the organization’s participation in European Programs.

Agigma Zois (Touch of Life) was created by observing and experiencing the imperative need for action related to problems encountered by cancer patients, and provides free Medical, Psychological and Social support.

DESMOS aims to coordinate the donating process between donors and organizations in need. Desmos does not attest to, or provide any guarantees regarding, the quality of the offered goods or their characteristics. Desmos designs and implements programs arising from financial donations by individuals, companies and charitable financial institutions aiming to meet the needs of vulnerable groups. In order to be able to sustainably run our programs, we need to cater for implementation costs such as research and update of needs, proposal compilation, implementation follow up, payments, financial and final reports to donors etc. The set policy of Desmos is to charge a 10% administrative fee after removing the applied 0.5% donation tax. Especially where individuals’ monetary donations up to 5.000 euros for combating the COVID-19 pandemic are concerned, Desmos waives its right to the aforementioned percentage and assumes the responsibility to absorb all administrative costs.
