Through “Desmos for Schools”, a program implemented since 2012, Desmos addresses needs of schools throughout the country.

Within the program’s context, we delivered a bed and bath seat, specifically designed for children with cerebral palsy, to the Special Primary School of Argyroupoli. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Kerameos family, who selected the cause for a donation-instead-of gift-campaign at a recent family christening.

The equipment will facilitate children in their daily routine and upgrade the levels of hygiene provided by staff members.

Mr. Giorgos Bourchas, Director of the School, cordially thanked Mrs. Maria Patera and Desmos for the donation. He described the difficulties children face and spoke of the need to have specialized equipment for their daily needs, to facilitate their learning process.

The needs for specialized equipment are permanent due to the uniqueness of each case.
