Anatolia College supports 7 organizations in Thessaloniki through Desmos
The student councils of Anatolia College supported seven social welfare organizations in Thessaloniki with part of the proceeds of the College’s Christmas Bazaar. Desmos implemented all parts of the donation project, from needs research to purchasing in-kind items and co-ordinating the deliveries.
The donation helped cover basic needs in the following beneficiary organizations:
- “Thetis” Centre for Child and Teenager Support: Electronic equipment, electrical appliances and consumables
- “Spirit of Hope” Greek Organization of Welfare and Equality – Food, personal care products and cleaning products
- “Hope Spot” Support for Victims of Human Trafficking: Food, personal care products and cleaning products
- “Diogenis NPO” Street Magazine “Shedia”: Electronic equipment, electrical appliances and consumables
- 10th Special Educational School of Pilea (For people with Special Needs) – Electronic equipment and consumables
- “Antirida” Association of Friends of Papageorgiou Hospital – Food, personal care products and cleaning products.
- “Social Pharmacy of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas” – Medicine
