The “Desmos Gives Warmth” program is a continuation of the “Desmos for Schools” project, which was implemented in cooperation with Papastratos company. Thanks to this cooperation 47 schools in Northern Greece were supplied with heating fuel and 2,409 students were benefited in total!

During the winter of 2013-2014, the “Desmos Gives Warmth!” program secured the proper operation of organizations and schools across Greece despite the bad weather and the further reduction of government subsidies. With contributions from individuals and companies exclusively for the program “Desmos Gives Warmth!” we have managed to “warm up”:

23 Social Welfare Organizations and Schools across Greece – giving warmth to 1,389 people thanks to donations reaching up to €30,826.72 that lead to a total of 26,610 liters of heating fuel!

“Desmos Gives Warmth!” will continue in the autumn of 2014 with ELAIS – UNILEVER’s commitment by contributing €50,000 towards this campaign!
