Christos studied Sociology and graduated from the Panteion University. He is the in-kind donations’ manager of our Athens hub, while he is also responsible for the implementation of small- and large-scale projects. Currently, he is also pursuing a Masters in the field of International and Humanitarian Crises in Kapodistriakon University.

Fun fact: Christos is also an Advanced Scuba Diving Instructor and has worked in dive centers and commercial diving for over 10 years in Athens and Zakynthos!

DESMOS aims to coordinate the donating process between donors and organizations in need. Desmos does not attest to, or provide any guarantees regarding, the quality of the offered goods or their characteristics. Desmos designs and implements programs arising from financial donations by individuals, companies and charitable financial institutions aiming to meet the needs of vulnerable groups. In order to be able to sustainably run our programs, we need to cater for implementation costs such as research and update of needs, proposal compilation, implementation follow up, payments, financial and final reports to donors etc. The set policy of Desmos is to charge a 10% administrative fee after removing the applied 0.5% donation tax. Especially where individuals’ monetary donations up to 5.000 euros for combating the COVID-19 pandemic are concerned, Desmos waives its right to the aforementioned percentage and assumes the responsibility to absorb all administrative costs.
