Erica Lympousi is a graduate of the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the University of Peloponnese. During her studies, she completed her internship at HIGGS, a non-profit organization, and also worked on her dissertation entitled “Gender discrimination in the Greek labor market: the impact of European policies and the role of NGOs”. She has participated in a seminar, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, concerning the SDG’s, where she presented her own research about Goal 5 for Gender Equality.
Since October 2020, she has been volunteering as a member of the Coordinating team at Women Do Business.
Through the program she started working at the organization as an Executive Virtual Assistant. Her responsibilities include the coordination and administrative support of the organization for the smooth running of everyday activities, communication, research and fundraising.
Women Do Business is a nonprofit organization, which started in May 2019, in Heraklion, Crete and promotes female entrepreneurship and the abolition of stereotypes. Its aim is to inspire, empower and support women who want to implement an idea as a business.
